Q: Can I renew my subscription online?
A: Yes! Login to our Subscriber Center’s Renewal page. Once you have logged in, you’ll be able to select a term and payment option - then just click renew. Renewals can also be phoned, faxed or mailed to Subscriber Services. Using the online method provides the fastest service.
Q: What is the SERVO Preferred Subscriber Network?
A: The Preferred Subscriber Network is our auto-renewal program. We keep your credit card info on file and automatically renew your subscription before it expires. We’ll notify you via email about 30 days prior to your expiration date that your credit card will be charged for a one year renewal term. We’ll continue to do so until you tell us to stop. As a member, you’ll have unlimited access to the online digital library of all archived volumes of SERVO. You’ll enjoy the convenience of uninterrupted service and avoid all the annoying renewal notices. A normal subscription entitles you to digital access of the issues included in your subscription term. The Preferred Subscriber Network gives you access to every issue in the archives.
Q: Is SERVO available in a digital format?
A: Yes! SERVO Online is an exact replica of the print edition. It provides the same visual experience, but is delivered and viewed via the web, using Published Web Format (PWF) technology. It enables readers to link directly to advertiser information and additional web content referenced in articles. SERVO Online is viewed via the web and is printable AND downloadable.

You can subscribe to print only, online only, or both! SERVO Online is a great way to avoid extra shipping charges and delays for non-US delivery!
When you subscribe to SERVO Online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a link to the current issue. Just click the link to begin reading your new issue of SERVO Magazine. It’s that easy! You should add email@example.com to your address book to help ensure delivery. For any technical issues relating to your online subscription, please contact Texterity Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Other non-technical inquires should be directed to Subscriber Services.
Q: Can I add SERVO Online to my existing print subscription?
A: Yes! Login to our Online Subscriber Services, Update Account Info. Once you have logged into your account, check the box “Grant access to the online edition”. You may also call Customer Service at 877 525-2539 or 818 487-4545 (outside US) between 5am and 5pm PST. Be sure to add or update your e-mail address since it’s required for delivery of your issue notification and links. Then, simply log-on to SERVO Online through the Subscriber Center or other website links. There is no additional cost to add SERVO Online to a paid print subscription.
Q: Can I cancel SERVO Online if I decide it’s not for me?
A: Yes. Just login to our Online Subscriber Services, Update Account Info. Once logged in, uncheck the “Grant access to the online edition” box.
Q: Can I send a copy of SERVO Online to a friend?
A: Absolutely! There are some restrictions though:
- Using the “Share” button, you can send a copy of each issue to up to 20 friends.
- Shared access is limited to 15 days from when you actually “share” it.
- Your friend may read the entire issue online and print out articles, but may not “share” the issue with other friends.
